At My Sayonee, we are committed to delivering your movement wear quickly, safely, and transparently across the UAE and internationally.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
  • If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days - AED 30 & Free for orders over AED 400.

  • Free shipping for orders over AED 400

Estimated Delivery Times

  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
  • Middle East (Non-GCC): 5–10 business days
  • Europe & Asia: 7–14 business days
  • North America & Other Regions: 10–21 business days

International Shipping Rates

  • GCC Countries: Flat rate AED 50 (No free shipping)
  • Rest of the World: Flat rate AED 85 (No free shipping)

Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs fees applicable in their destination country.

Insurance

  • International shipping insurance is optional.
  • We are not responsible for customs-related delays or any damage occurring after dispatch.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking updates may vary depending on the courier and customs processes.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • To update your address or modify your order, contact us immediately.
  • Changes can only be made if the shipment has not been dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

3. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • UAE Orders: Covered by courier insurance. Contact Customer Care immediately for any issues.
  • International Orders: Insurance is optional; we are not responsible for customs delays or damage occurring after dispatch.

4. Partial Deliveries

  • Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability.
  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

5. Legal Compliance

  • Our shipping practices comply with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006).
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law.
