Shipping Costs & Duties

Insurance
- International shipping insurance is optional.
- We are not responsible for customs-related delays or any damage occurring after dispatch.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- To update your address or modify your order, contact us immediately.
- Changes can only be made if the shipment has not been dispatched.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
3. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- UAE Orders: Covered by courier insurance. Contact Customer Care immediately for any issues.
- International Orders: Insurance is optional; we are not responsible for customs delays or damage occurring after dispatch.
4. Partial Deliveries
- Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock availability.
- You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
5. Legal Compliance
- Our shipping practices comply with UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006).
