SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange (where applicable), items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Be in their original condition with all tags, labels, hygiene seals, and packaging intact
- Have valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Be submitted for exchange within the specified window
We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.
SECTION 2 – EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE CUSTOMERS)
Exchange Window
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Socks
- Items sold on sale or marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards or digital vouchers
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mysayonee.com.
- Once inspected and approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
Change-of-Mind Exchanges
- Shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are paid by the customer.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What You Can Exchange (UAE Only)

- Color changes
- Replacement for defective or incorrect items
Exchanges are processed only after the original item is returned and inspected.
SECTION 3 – EXCHANGE POLICY (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Return Authorization (RMA) & Documentation

Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and return customs fees.

Prepaid labels (when provided for defective items) must not be used for change-of-mind exchanges.
